What you will do

• Implement the Global HAS Management System and execute the HAS Operational Plan at the area level.
• Develop contingency plans, access strategies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and rapid assessments for new operational locations.
• Train staff in access, safety, and security topics and provide regular briefings.
• Liaise with UN agencies, NGOs, and local authorities to share security information and protect humanitarian space.
• Monitor vehicle and staff movements and ensure HAS-related equipment is functional.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in humanitarian or development operations.
• Foundational understanding of Humanitarian Principles and NGO safety/risk management.
• Previous experience working in complex contexts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Working proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
• Presence in the field (Shostka/Chernihiv) is required.
