• Design and develop intricate data processing pipelines and real-time streaming solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure scalable implementation and production of models.
• Mentor engineers and build team capability through influence and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany and willing to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
• Extensive pre-sales experience with a proven ability to drive complex pursuits and commercial proposals.
• 10+ years of hands-on leadership experience in data and AI.
• Deep expertise in big-data architecture, distributed systems, and data modeling.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in MLOps, data governance, and security policies.
