Business Controller LEWA

Location: On-site in Seoul, South Korea

What you will do

• Safeguard the internal control environment, company assets, financial reporting, and accounting compliance.
• Advise the General Manager and LEWA Korea managers on business control and core business matters.
• Lead the development, implementation, and follow-up of administrative processes.
• Coordinate group reporting and the planning process, including plans, targets, and updated expectations.
• Manage credit control, collections, customer financing, cash, and company assets.
• Steer internal and external finance, administration, and IT service providers while ensuring service quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• University degree and broad experience in financial management or business control.
• Solid knowledge of ISO standards covering safety, health, environment, and quality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, coaching, and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, take ownership, adapt to change, and support compliance with the hirify.global Business Code of Practice.
