What you will do

• Deliver Stadium webinars and support the Engagement Academy as part of the scalable One-to-Many training offer.
• Help clients master the platform and Collaborative Learning methodology from implementation onward.
• Update Academy content in line with product releases and contribute to the Confluence knowledge base.
• Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog.
• Lead projects involving new webinar formats, gamification, localized content, and advanced training toolkits.
• Share client adoption insights with Customer Success and Product teams, and mentor new Trainers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing Customer Success or Customer Care role.
• Strong listening, teaching, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Clear and concise communication with excellent writing, spelling, and grammar.
• Professional proficiency in German, English, and French is required.
• Proactive approach and comfort working in a results-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work remotely from Germany.
