What you will do

• Manage positions and organizational structures in SAP HCM and SAP OM to support accurate personnel cost planning.
• Contribute to quarterly personnel cost planning in collaboration with the HR team in Graz.
• Maintain and continuously improve HR data quality in cooperation with international HR colleagues.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports to support informed decision-making.
• Handle employee business card requests, coordinate appointments, and support presentations.
• Provide central SAP HCM and SAP OM support to HR colleagues across international affiliates.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent commercial education.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong IT affinity and the ability to learn new systems and topics quickly.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical mindset, numerical literacy, structured working style, and reliable deadline management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with SAP HCM and SAP OM.
• Knowledge of SAP and Nexon.
