Product Manager (Video Hosting)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate ideas into detailed, well-structured product concepts.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from documentation to metric analysis.
• Design product interfaces in cooperation with designers.
• Analyze KPIs and metrics to determine the success of features and the overall product.
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven experience successfully launching web products.
• Strong skills in documenting and structuring requirements.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics, and metric hierarchies.
• Experience conducting A/B tests and making product decisions based on results.
• Basic knowledge of software development, management, operations, and product design.
