What you will do

• Own the commercial performance of the Workload portfolio, focusing on ARR growth and revenue retention (GRR/NRR).
• Define and manage the three-quarter rolling roadmap for machine identity, secrets management, and CI/CD security.
• Develop the market narrative and competitive positioning for developers, platform engineers, and CISOs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to deliver shared goals.
• Engage with executive customers through QBRs and advisory boards to improve time-to-value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product, GM, or commercial leadership within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years as a VP, GM, or equivalent with direct accountability for revenue and product strategy.
• Deep expertise in DevSecOps, secrets management, PAM, IAM, or zero trust domains.
• Proven ability to translate market signals into a commercial roadmap and execution plan.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, SOX, NIST, or FFIEC.
• Background in portfolio simplification and SKU rationalization.
