What you will do

• Design and deploy enterprise Generative AI and RAG solutions using Claude and other LLM platforms.
• Develop AI agents and automate workflows to enhance business process efficiency.
• Build REST APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Implement AI governance, security controls, and prompt guardrails.
• Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM platforms (Claude, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock).
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, etc.) and cloud deployment on AWS and/or Azure.
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
