Marketing Web Developer (WordPress)

Location: Must be physically based and operating within the United States

Salary: $30-35 per hour

What you will do

• Build and launch new pages in WordPress using Elementor, adhering to brand standards.
• Maintain site health via plugin/theme updates, performance checks, and backups.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues to optimize traffic acquisition and conversion rates.
• Support and troubleshoot HubSpot-connected forms and landing pages.
• Develop and maintain campaign landing pages, including occasional work in Unbounce.
• Operate within staging environments and follow rollback processes before production deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining websites in WordPress.
• Strong Elementor experience is a must-have.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom hand-coded fixes.
• Familiarity with HubSpot forms and landing page integrations.
• Must be a registered U.S. business entity or U.S. taxpayer capable of providing IRS Form W-9 (1099-NEC).
• Availability to align with standard U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time Zone).

Nice to have

• Experience with Unbounce.
