What you will do

• Architect and develop high-quality .NET services, RESTful APIs, and background workers for the Assure platform.
• Build and extend features across core modules including Access Control, Access Review, and Change Tracking.
• Design and optimize the SQL Server data layer, including stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Collaborate with product managers and DevOps to define roadmaps and establish API contracts.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to enable automated deployments.
• Mentor engineering peers and drive technical excellence through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on .NET (C#).
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and back-end services in production environments.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services and Azure-native services.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Front-end experience with AngularJS for occasional full-stack contributions.
• Experience with asynchronous processing using Azure WebJobs or Azure Functions.
• Experience integrating with third-party ERP and SaaS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Proficiency with AI-driven development tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
