TL;DR
Expression Of Interest (Edtech): Building a talent pipeline for future opportunities across the organization with an accent on adult learner re-enrollment and higher education access. Focus on connecting educational opportunities with the demand for skilled workforce professionals through technology-enabled services.
Location: Remote (United States) or Hybrid (Austin, TX). Candidates residing within 25 miles of Austin are expected to work in a hybrid arrangement (2 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Join a talent pipeline to be considered for future roles in Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Learner Services.
- Contribute to the mission of creating life-changing opportunities and economic mobility for adult learners.
- Collaborate within a geographically distributed team to innovate higher education engagement.
- Help build regional marketplaces that connect educational supply with workforce demand.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Remote candidates must be based in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
- Strong alignment with the mission of empowering adult learners through education.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams.
