What you will do

• Onboard with your manager in person at NY or SF hubs and build relationships with peers
• Ship substantial new features to end users quickly
• Build and support hirify.global computer vision products
• Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with a distributed US and Europe team
• Contribute to open source projects and foster a culture of ownership and accountability

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work US hours
• Full-time availability with flexible schedule and some synchronous meetings
• Strong motivation for ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Experience or interest in AI, computer vision, and open source contributions
• Ability to work in a high-autonomy, fast-paced startup environment
