What you will do

• Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions to address client business needs.
• Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, managing client relationships from discovery through delivery.
• Support presales activities, including discovery calls, technical proposals, and scoping.
• Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and model monitoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM-based applications and RAG systems.
• Strong Python skills with expertise in OOP, design patterns, and frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Proficiency with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• English: B2+ proficiency required for collaboration across distributed multicultural teams.
• Location: Must be based in North Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova, Bulgaria, Czechia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Croatia.

Nice to have

• AWS and Claude Code certifications.
• Experience with additional languages such as Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, or Kafka.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
