What you will do

• Support day-to-day product management and related projects for the Forming and Dryer Fabrics portfolio.
• Prepare technical materials, product documentation, and support tools for sales and customer activities.
• Analyze product performance and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D and laboratory teams on product development and testing.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and R&D to resolve technical and commercial challenges.
• Gain expertise across the full value chain from manufacturing to customer application.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Must be based in or able to work in Juankoski, Finland.
