What you will do

• Evaluate current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
• Negotiate pricing agreements and contract terms with external partners and clients.
• Provide monthly executive and project status reports, including schedule updates and risk assessments.
• Apply cost management expertise to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project controls for large-scale, complex projects (Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial).
• Demonstrated experience implementing cost and schedule management work processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project Coding structures.
• Proven success in project controls roles, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Confidence to lead meetings with clients.
