Supply Chain Co-op

TL;DR

Supply Chain Co-op (Logistics/Procurement): Supporting strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain operations with an accent on data accuracy and procurement compliance. Focus on integrating vendor risk management data, developing preferred vendor catalogues, and documenting standard operating procedures.

Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (Onsite)

Compensation: up to CAD 24 hourly

What you will do

• Support reporting activities, data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate and maintain vendor risk management data within ERP and procurement systems.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation reviews, and risk assessment tracking.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a preferred vendor catalogue and approved product listings.
• Develop supply chain training materials, reference guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract reviews and pricing validations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Mississauga, ON, Canada.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement or business intelligence tools.
