We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong Unreal Engine expertise to develop core gameplay architecture and collaborate with other developers. The role includes building scalable player, inventory, AI, sandbox, database, and save systems.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Create core gameplay systems
• Collaborate with other developers
• Create and maintain the project database
• Develop player systems
• Develop inventory systems
• Create creature AI and navigation systems
• Build creature AI and navigation
• Build sandbox gameplay systems
• Optimise and profile gameplay systems

📚 Required Skills
• Strong Unreal Engine experience
• Professional C++ and Blueprint knowledge
• Experience integrating 3D art and animation
• Understanding of AI and navigation
• Experience with save systems
• Experience with optimisation and profiling
• Knowledge of Perforce
• Experience shipping or completing a playable game project

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience leading technical development
• Experience designing scalable gameplay architecture
• Experience working on sandbox games
