What you will do

• Shape the long-term technical vision, roadmap, and architectural direction for the division.
• Oversee core R&D activities, specifically integrating AI pipelines into game development.
• Lead and mentor a programming team of 35-40 people, focusing on skill gaps and career growth.
• Establish studio-wide coding standards and architectural patterns using industry-standard engineering practices.
• Coordinate with partner studios to standardize Unreal toolchains and align technical directions.
• Act as the primary escalation path for critical technical roadblocks at the studio level.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical authority in game engine architecture (C++, Unreal Engine, or Unity).
• Experience managing and inspiring large multi-disciplinary teams of programmers and architects.
• Ability to design scalable production ecosystems for global reach and operational flexibility.
• Strong background in R&D and integrating new technologies into production pipelines.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
