What you will do

• Define the long-term strategic technical vision, roadmap, and architectural direction for the division.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 35 to 40 programmers, architects, and technologists.
• Manage core R&D activities, specifically the integration of AI-driven productivity tools into game development pipelines.
• Establish and enforce studio-wide coding standards, architectural patterns, and industry-standard engineering practices.
• Coordinate with partner studios to standardize Unreal toolchains and technical directives.
• Solve complex, critical technical challenges at the studio level to prevent production roadblocks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a technical authority in game engine architecture, including C++, Unreal Engine, and Unity.
• Proven track record of managing and upskilling senior engineers and technical leads.
• Ability to design scalable production ecosystems and robust live service operations.
• Expertise in integrating new technologies and methodologies to enhance production efficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) under a hybrid work model.
