Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Implement and optimize model architectures, including VLA, diffusion/flow-matching policies, and world models.
• Build and maintain scalable training and evaluation infrastructure for Robot Foundation Models.
• Architect large-scale data pipelines combining simulation, generative AI, and real-world data collection.
• Work hands-on with robot hardware to bring up new platforms and debug real-world failures.
• Collaborate with global research teams to integrate embodied AI systems into the consumer ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in CS, ME, EE, or related field.
• Strong software engineering proficiency in Python or C++.
• Hands-on experience training and deploying Robot Foundation Models (e.g., VLA, diffusion policies).
• Experience building data pipelines for robot learning or robot system infrastructure.
• Must be based in or able to work from Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Santa Clara, CA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with robot learning research literature (world models, spatial intelligence, LfD).
• Contributions to open-source robotics or ML infrastructure tooling.
