What you will do

• Identify opportunities for providing self-help support automations and customer-facing solutions.
• Build and deploy tools and automations in cloud environments to drive efficiency and simplify workflows.
• Design and develop backend services using MVC frameworks and microservices architecture.
• Define and drive software engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure to support growth.
• Create AI-powered tools to assist Customer Success and Global Labs teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs using JSON and HTTP(S).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be located in or able to work from Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Postgres, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted development or automation platforms.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular.
• Experience managing multi-repository projects and Git submodules.
