What you will do

• Support the planning and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including new constructions, expansions, and rehabilitation.
• Assist with treatment process evaluations, engineering calculations, and system sizing.
• Prepare technical memoranda, feasibility studies, and engineering reports.
• Help develop detailed plans, specifications, and project cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Completed an undergraduate degree in engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

• Coursework or research experience related to water or wastewater treatment processes.
• Familiarity with engineering calculations and technical writing.
• Knowledge of treatment process modeling or design software.
