What you will do

• Track syndicated loan and high yield bond primary markets using proprietary data feeds.
• Review deal documentation to identify key features and create database records for new transactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents.
• Manage client permissions for private information and maintain market coverage records.
• Collaborate with covenant operations and legal analysts to minimize time-to-data.
• Lead and contribute to various administrative and operational projects.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in spreadsheets.
• Ability to write professionally in English.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in financial services, legal subjects, and data management.
