Private Operations Associate

What you will do

• Search and review credit agreements and lender presentations to identify credit instruments and transaction terms.
• Create database records for new transactions using consistent data standards and quality checks.
• Maintain deal-status data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage compliance workflows for private and confidential documents, including client permissions and list reconciliations.
• Track syndicated loan and high-yield bond primary markets using multiple proprietary data feeds.
• Collaborate with commercial, data, London, and US teams on client queries, operational initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Exceptional organization, time management, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
• Interest in financial services, legal documentation, or financial data.
• Professional written and verbal English communication; ability to work with colleagues across teams and time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work with spreadsheets and data sets, and collaborate effectively.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for data extraction, document analysis, or process automation.
