TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (GRC Automation): Leading the definition, implementation, and management of GRC processes with an accent on automating compliance, policy, and privacy functions. Location: Must be located in the DC Metro Area as this role requires onsite and remote support.
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do
- Elicit and synthesize requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform product strategy.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for GRC automation tools to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Translate regulatory requirements and policies into precise user stories and process requirements.
- Own and prioritize the team backlog, balancing operational needs with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to integrate security and privacy controls into Agile and DevOps workflows.
- Measure process impact and drive continuous improvement through data and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Must be located in the DC Metro Area.
- Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, including at least 2 years in security, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong working knowledge of federal security compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Proven track record of gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering product roadmaps.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.
- Demonstrated success in streamlining and automating business processes using technology.
