What you will do

• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email funnels, and landing pages.
• Lead a two-person pod and coordinate with the Design team to create high-converting social and video assets.
• Oversee LinkedIn sequences and GoHighLevel automations while maintaining rigorous UTM tracking and campaign taxonomy.
• Perform A/B tests on hooks, offers, and sequences to build optimized growth playbooks.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and budget recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Client Success to ensure seamless lead handoff and data integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or performance marketing roles.
• Direct experience managing LinkedIn outreach, email funnels, and automation tools like GoHighLevel.
• Proven track record in multi-channel campaign execution and attribution.
• Strong ability to write creative briefs and review assets for message-market fit.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or payments industry, specifically with compliance-sensitive marketing.
• Advanced depth in landing-page experimentation and funnel analytics.
