What you will do
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
- Meet with end-users to analyze and define their specific technical requirements.
- Design solution blocks and generate Bills of Materials (BOM) in collaboration with vendors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for customers.
- Organize and deliver technical training sessions for partners and customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a presales role.
- Proven experience in Cyber Security.
- Professional experience within the Gulf region.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
