What you will do

• Drive the growth of qualified and relevant candidates entering the platform.
• Iterate and scale acquisition channels that are currently performing.
• Identify and build new channels for talent acquisition.
• Develop funnels and automation to allow scaling without increasing internal headcount.

Requirements

• Growth marketing background with a proven track record of driving user and revenue growth.
• Experience across multiple acquisition channels, including inbound, outbound, communities, and influencers.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives autonomously.
• A growth hacker mindset characterized by creativity and resourcefulness.
