• Provide technical support to resolve complex concerns in real-time GNSS networks and control centers.
• Lead system installations, customized configurations, and cloud-based deployments for global enterprises.

• Create innovative training materials and best practice documentation to champion customer success.
• Collaborate across diverse functional teams to accelerate knowledge transfer and service development.

Requirements

• Degree in geodesy, surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GNSS surveying methods.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for clients.
• Full fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for customer-facing technical problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with GNSS positioning workflows or real-time networks.
• Previous experience delivering technical training and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools.
