What you will do

• Support technical tasks related to business processes and digital applications.
• Analyze business requirements and identify technical gaps in product performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for hardware and software issues.

• Stay updated on product releases and system changes to ensure effective support.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA (Visa sponsorship not available)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and applications.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge of systems thinking and business intelligence practices.
• Effective communication skills for interpreting and transmitting technical information.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine systems and operational behavior.

Nice to have

• Experience with Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment technology (Grade Control, Payload).
• Familiarity with Detect & Safety Systems.
• Knowledge of Cat Command, Product Link, and VisionLink.
• Experience with documentation and knowledge sharing.
