Security Architecture and Design Professional (Cybersecurity): Implementing and supporting CTEM and NSPM solutions to strengthen enterprise security postures with an accent on risk reduction and security control optimization. Location: Hybrid (Birmingham or Manchester, UK). Must hold or be eligible for SC (Security Clearance), which requires a minimum of 5 years working history in the UK.

What you will do

• Configure, implement, and support CTEM and NSPM solutions across complex customer environments.
• Lead solution design activities, producing design documentation, implementation plans, and technical collateral.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and health monitoring for customer networks and security platforms.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver contracted outcomes.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement of security services based on emerging threats and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Experience delivering and supporting technology solutions in enterprise, customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting CTEM, NSPM, or similar security solutions.
• Basic Linux administration skills for troubleshooting and system checks.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance (minimum 5 years UK residency/work history).

Nice to have

• Experience with AlgoSec, FireMon, or Tufin.
• CISSP or CCSP certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
