Vendor Onboarding Associate (Fintech)

Ondo Finance provides institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and tokenized funds. They were the first to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries and have expanded into other assets while incubating protocols for tokenized real-world assets. Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end vendor onboarding: gather entity documentation, complete KYB/KYC applications, and follow up to close items.
- Prepare document packages (corporate structure, beneficial ownership, AML certifications, authorized signatory, tax forms).
- Track progress across 20+ concurrent onboardings, maintaining clear status, blockers, and next actions.
- Drive responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), coordinating internal inputs and submitting responses.
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance: route contracts, escalate appropriately, and manage KYC refresh cycles.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with counterparties and keep internal stakeholders informed.
- Use AI tools to draft communications, organize documentation, and maintain tracking tools.

Requirements:

- Proven track record running operations, vendor management, compliance, or legal-coordination workstreams end-to-end (regulated environment preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple open workstreams without missing details or deadlines.
- Persistent follow-up skills with external counterparties and internal teams.
- Strong written communication: professional external emails, clear internal updates, organized documentation.
- Proficiency with document management and workflow tools (Google Drive, Notion, DocuSign or similar).
- Daily fluency with AI tools to draft, organize, analyze, and build lightweight tooling.
- Working knowledge of entity documentation (incorporation certificates, beneficial ownership disclosures, W-8s) and institutional KYB/KYC processes.
