Salary: $132,100 - $165,100

What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end product roadmap for an AI-native Advanced Planning System (APS).
• Drive the adoption of an AI-first framework using Generative AI and ML to optimize planning and scheduling.
• Translate automotive OEM supply chain pain points into actionable product requirements and structured PRDs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch refinement in an AI-accelerated engineering environment.
• Collaborate with supply chain planners, logistics teams, and IT architects to validate prototypes and ensure integration.
• Define KPIs and instrument dashboards to report on OKRs to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas.
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management with a track record of driving roadmap strategy.
• Demonstrable understanding of Advanced Planning concepts (demand forecasting, MRP/MPS, inventory optimization, S&OP).
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery within a complex enterprise systems landscape.
• Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, CA or Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Supply Chain and Advanced Planning domain within the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and familiarity with RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
