What you will do

• Write complex SQL queries to investigate suspicious trading activity from initial flag to resolution.
• Field ad hoc data requests from the Trust and Safety team and provide clear, documented answers.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards to track fraud and AML signals.
• Identify patterns in bad actor behavior across accounts and on-chain data to improve detection logic.
• Document investigation findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the T&S team to prioritize high-risk signals and reduce system noise.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis with a track record of delivering under ambiguity.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries against unfamiliar schemas.
• Direct experience in fraud detection, AML investigation, or trust and safety analytics.
• Proven ability to scope and complete open-ended investigations independently.
• Experience building dashboards for operations or compliance teams.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto, prediction market data structures, or on-chain activity.
• Experience contributing to detection logic or rules engines.
• Background working with compliance, legal, or operations teams in a regulated environment.
