Salary: $93,250 - $166,250

What you will do

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex features, balancing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans and architectural designs.
• Lead planning for significant initiatives by breaking down ambiguous problems into executable tasks.
• Define and advocate for robust testing strategies and automation to ensure system reliability.
• Mentor and coach engineers through pairing, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on scope, tradeoffs, and project status.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end outcomes for significant features or systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and ecosystem.
• Strong ability to design solutions across frontend, services, and persistent layers.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with large-scale, distributed, or highly available systems.
