Salary: $89,649 – $152,404

What you will do

  • Provide oversight and supervision to Direct Operations Coordinators and their assigned teams.
  • Consult on complex cases involving behavioral health, physical health, and juvenile justice issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for elevated cases and engagement with federal staff.
  • Conduct on-site visits to program teams for supervision and performance management.
  • Identify and elevate emerging trends and issues to the Lead Supervisory Case Coordinator.
  • Support training and performance management of program staff in collaboration with operations teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral science.
  • 5+ years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience with youth and trauma-informed care.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Must be able to secure a Tier 2 Security Clearance.
  • Must live within 50 miles of an ORR facility and be available for some nights/weekends.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues and sponsor release processes.
  • Experience working for a refugee program or in a consulting environment.
  • Experience in mental/behavioral health for children or juvenile justice programs.
  • Professional licensure in a relevant field.
