What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives and corporate events of various scales.
• Manage event logistics, including timelines, suppliers, registrations, and budgets.
• Provide on-site support to ensure a seamless experience for employees during events.
• Draft and coordinate content for various internal and external communication channels.
• Support Communications Advisors in implementing company-wide communication vehicles, both online and offline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in communications planning and project management.
• Proven experience supporting corporate events or large-scale employee engagement projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
