What you will do

• Generate and track Purchase Orders from creation through to warehouse receipt.
• Optimize inventory receipt flow and shipping parameters in partnership with vendors.
• Monitor sales and inventory levels to adjust orders and drive overall profitability.
• Create reports and analytical scenarios to identify risks and drive inventory strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planners to execute markdown and promotional strategies.
• Report on late shipments and resolve ongoing issues with Sourcing and Buying teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory analysis, planning, allocation, or buying.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new technical applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
