What you will do

• Lead the enterprise privacy program and serve as the subject matter expert on healthcare privacy.
• Develop and oversee privacy risk management, including assessments, incident response, and breach management.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to integrate privacy into imaging platforms, AI, and cloud solutions.
• Establish and maintain privacy policies, training programs, and audit efforts.
• Lead and mentor the privacy team while driving cross-functional accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred.
• Professional privacy certification required (e.g., CIPP/US).
• 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
• At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise privacy or compliance programs.
• Deep expertise in HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.

Nice to have

• Healthcare privacy, compliance, or security certifications (CHPC, CHPS, CISSP, CHC, CCEP).
• Experience with EHRs, PACS/RIS, and cloud platforms.
