What you will do

• Design and implement the company's operating model, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and processes.
• Manage hiring, team structuring, and line management at scale.
• Optimize costs and infrastructure across SaaS, AI, and cloud services.
• Ensure high delivery rigor and monitoring for major client events and tentpoles.
• Rebuild internal operations around an AI-first approach to automate repeatable processes.
• Execute outcomes and direction provided by founders, proactively filling gaps in roles or processes.

Requirements

• Experience running operations in fast-moving, high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
• Ability to handle undefined scope and thrive in a degree of chaos.
• Hands-on approach to both strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Proficiency in using AI daily to create leverage in professional work.
