What you will do

• Lead the complete development cycle for the math team, defining and prioritizing new features.
• Coordinate product development processes with business partners and studio leaders.
• Manage day-to-day team activities to ensure delivery commitments and project plans are met.
• Coach and mentor mathematicians for skill growth and preparation for future leadership.
• Collaborate with technical groups across Class II, HHR, iGaming, and lottery markets.
• Track operational metrics and manage department resources, including staffing and 1:1s.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising mathematicians or technical specialists.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and gaming to resolve technical and creative challenges.
• Proficiency in establishing and advancing product development processes.
• Ability to mentor team members and lead projects effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
