What you will do

• Design and build secure, scalable integrations between the AI/agentic platform and enterprise systems, internal applications, and third-party tools.
• Implement connectivity patterns using MCP, A2A, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop reusable connectors, middleware, and service patterns to accelerate tool onboarding.
• Establish robust authentication and authorization patterns, including identity propagation and token handling.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for integration services.
• Define integration standards, documentation, and platform governance for AI system interoperability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with MCP, A2A protocols, and API-based integrations in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing.
• Proficiency in authentication standards: OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and secrets management.
• Experience with AI-native software engineering and establishing governance for AI coding assistants.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating agentic platforms with enterprise tools and business systems.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Experience building reusable SDKs for platform extensibility.
