What you will do

• Audit and redesign end-to-end content production workflows to improve time-to-publish and operational efficiency.
• Architect a modular, component-based content system and metadata taxonomy within Contentful.
• Lead the AI and automation roadmap, including generative AI for draft creation and bilingual prompt frameworks.
• Establish AI governance guardrails to protect luxury tone-of-voice, fact-checking, and data compliance.
• Build a content variant engine for segmented lifecycle marketing in partnership with CRM and Data teams.
• Train and upskill the content team on new AI-driven processes, tools, and templates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content strategy or editorial operations within e-commerce or digital publishing.
• Proven track record of leading content workflow or automation transformations with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful preferred) and structured content models.
• Experience integrating generative AI writing tools into production processes with established quality control.
• Strong editorial judgement with the ability to protect a luxury brand tone of voice.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required to manage multilingual content systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion, luxury, or premium e-commerce sectors.
• Workflow tooling depth including Jira automation or Airtable.
• Hands-on exposure to customer engagement platforms like Braze, MoEngage, or Bloomreach.
