What you will do

• Drive 3D motion design across hirify.global brands using high-impact VFX and photorealistic animation.
• Create complex particle simulations and fluid dynamics for client work and high-stakes pitches.
• Manage end-to-end project workloads, timelines, and direct client interactions.
• Collaborate with Design Directors to integrate motion into global brand identity systems.
• Mentor other designers and discover the latest technical and creative stimuli to inspire the studio.

Requirements

• Deep experience in 3D motion design within a fast-paced agency or studio environment.
• Expert proficiency in Houdini and Cinema 4D (or Maya/3ds Max), specifically in simulations and material rendering.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proven ability to lead project pipelines from initial concept and storyboarding to final delivery.
• Strong art direction skills and experience pitching motion concepts to clients.
• Location: Must be based in London to support a hybrid model (approx. 4 days/week in office).
