Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work; hybrid role requiring 2 days per week at the Osterley office.

What you will do

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animation for highlight reels and digital experiences.
• Edit and produce video content including sizzle reels, mini-documentaries, and piece-to-camera formats.
• Develop motion concepts and visual narratives from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Support the creation of internal promotional videos, testimonials, and case studies.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into visual storytelling.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory; no sponsorship provided.
• Solid foundation in motion design, animation, or a related discipline.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience filming and directing video content.
• Strong video editing capabilities with an understanding of narrative, pacing, and sound.
• Understanding of end-to-end video production processes and storyboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for internal communications or employee engagement campaigns.
• Experience producing content across multiple digital channels and formats.
• Familiarity with accessibility considerations for video and motion content.
