What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing models across regions to determine optimal price points and ensure commercial accuracy.
• Track market trends and competitor pricing activity to provide data-backed recommendations.
• Own and continuously improve the pricing optimization framework to support long-term commercial goals.
• Lead promotional strategy using A/B testing to determine the most effective discounts for acquisition and retention.
• Manage promotional spend forecasting and monitor performance against the budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Deployment teams to implement pricing changes and campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct, hands-on experience in pricing, revenue management, or price optimization roles.
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and improving complex pricing models.
• Strong understanding of margin drivers, discounting mechanics, and the commercial impact of pricing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for working with large datasets.
• Experience using BI tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
• Must be based in Portugal, ideally in or near Lisbon.
