What you will do
- Perform SIMS analysis on semiconductor and silicon samples.
- Execute wafer cutting, cleaving, and site isolation using optical microscopy.
- Deprocess wafers using chemical etchants including HF.
- Maintain and repair high-vacuum, high-voltage laboratory equipment.
- Interpret analytical results using data analytics software.
- Collaborate with lab and process engineering teams to support 24/7 manufacturing.
Requirements
- Associateβs degree in a technical field or BS in a STEM discipline required.
- Must be available for shift work to support 24/7 operations.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and performing SPC analysis.
- Strong written communication skills for reporting results.
- Ability to handle chemical etchants and high-voltage equipment safely.
