What you will do

• Own revenue-critical systems from initial problem definition through architectural design, deployment, and production reliability.
• Make high-stakes technical decisions with incomplete information, identifying risks, building prototypes, and iterating based on feedback.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and business by translating complex technical constraints into business terms for Product Managers.
• Drive technical pragmatism by choosing the most effective technology for the customer problem, including C#/.NET Core, Python, Kubernetes, and React.

Requirements

• Possess a "System Thinker" mindset, understanding failure modes, system boundaries, and architectural impact at scale.
• Demonstrate high agency and bias for action, unblocking self and the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit strong product fluency, deeply caring about the user and shipping features that solve real business problems.
• Be polyglot and adaptable, comfortable traversing the full stack from the database to the UI state.
