What you will do

• Lead or co-lead the Material Master workstream, managing master data flows, architecture, and version handling.
• Design target master data architecture and data flow leveraging SAP MDG-M expertise.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business and IT stakeholders to align requirements.
• Develop target concepts and decision papers for management sign-off.
• Identify system-specific topics and manage cross-stream dependencies.
• Document design decisions as a foundation for template build and rollout activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience with a focus on the Material domain (data model, governance workflows, DRF).
• Deep understanding of material master structures in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Proven experience as a stream lead in large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience supporting template build and deployment phases.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• English: Fluent (C1) required

Nice to have

• Supply chain planning expertise, including intercompany and multi-source supply scenarios.
• Knowledge of A2R processes.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences with GxP awareness.
• German language skills.
