Salary: $68,500–$88,000 CAD

• Manage a portfolio of leading drink brands, building and maintaining strong peer-to-peer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of reporting and database developments, ensuring high-quality standards and timely execution.
• Lead the Joint Business Plan process, aligning customer objectives with strategic service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver top-quality presentations using data to provide SMART recommendations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and implement projects to exceed client ROI and service expectations.
• Manage the NPS process to track success metrics and ensure client satisfaction is maximized.

Requirements

• Must be currently located in the Greater Toronto area (GTA).
• Fluent bilingual skills in English and French are required.
• Strong experience using and interpreting data to build actionable insights.
• Industry experience in On Premise, BevAl, or CPG.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management.
• Post-secondary degree.
