Sr. Content and Social Media Manager (Jewelry)

What you will do

• Own social media strategy, content calendars, publishing, and community management, with Instagram as a primary channel.
• Develop and run marketing campaigns end to end, including briefs, timelines, assets, launches, and follow-through.
• Coordinate social, email, events, and other marketing channels into coherent campaign narratives.
• Run The Modern Jewellers Playbook newsletter, including cadence, sends, and integration with wider content.
• Turn interviews, launches, and guides into social-first content, including short-form copy and video.
• Track cross-channel performance, collaborate with design, video, and paid marketing partners, and improve the content calendar based on data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media and content for a brand, with ownership of channels and campaigns.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills across posts, emails, threads, and reels.
• A portfolio of social and campaign work, ideally including channels grown independently.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and content calendars.
• Comfort working hands-on in a small team and building processes from the ground up.
• Fluency with modern social and content tools, including using AI to work more efficiently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the jewelry industry or experience marketing to small business owners, retailers, or trade and craft audiences.
• Hands-on short-form video production or experience directing video creators.
• Experience running an email or newsletter program.
• Online or offline community-building experience.
